For the Cupcakes:

1c. all-purpose flour

3/4c. granulated sugar

1/2tsp.baking soda

1/2c. butter or margarine

1/3c. water

3 T. unsweetened cocoa

1 egg, lightly whisked

1/4c. buttermilk

•Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line muffin tins with liners.  Mix together flour, sugar and baking soda with a whisk.  In a saucepan, melt the butter with the water and cocoa on low heat.  When completely melted, remove from heat.  Whisk egg in a separate bowl and add to the flour mixture, along with the butter mixture, buttermilk and vanilla(this was omitted from the actual recipe but I put in about 1/2 tsp).  Beat with mixer on low until smooth.  Fill liners half full.  Bake 18-20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.  Cool completely before frosting.

Frosting:

1/4c. softened unsalted butter

1 1/2c. powdered sugar

1/2tsp. vanilla

7-oz. jar marshmallow cream

4 graham cracker squares

15 chocolate kisses

•Beat butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.  Add marshmallow cream and mix, and then spread onto cooled cupcakes.

•Place a chocolate kiss on top of each cupcake then sprinkle crushed graham cracker crumbs across the top.
